Rim width (16") is measured inside, bead to bead, NOT outside to outside.
The rim has 2 bevels, about 5/8" wide and 5/8" high.
Your Lugs that bolt to the Cast Center will straddle one of the two bevels.
You can move your rim in or out by switching bevels.
For 16.9-38 and 18.4-38 tires.
Check your rim style and tire size before ordering.
