3 bolts, bolt the rim together and 3 bolts rim to hub.
Rim width(3.75") is measured inside, bead to bead, NOT outside to outside.
Used on Gravely "L", 500 & 5000 garden tractors.
Gravely part # 12673 & 12674.
For 4.00-8 & 4.80-8 tires.
